Was a bit reluctant about moving here but working with Patricia she made the process very easy. She was knowable about property and surrounding area, also gave me recommendations for both light and Internet providers. The property is very nice and cost efficient can't wait for the summer to a dip in the pool. I recommend this property for both singles and families but make sure to ask for Patricia she's awesome.

Great place to live!

I've lived here about 3 months now and I'd have to say I like it a lot. The leasing office staff and the maintenance staff are both really friendly, and they definitely work really hard! Never had any trouble with parking. In my area I can always find a spot, but a friend was towed once when he couldn't find any visitor parking, so that was a pain. I've only had a couple of small chronic issues, like sometimes there's a musty smell when you walk inside my place, and I can't help but notice there's a lot of trash and litter all around, especially cigarette butts. Overall it doesn't matter much to me because the price is right, the location is great, and the staff are hardworking. Plus I really love my little backyard!

RENT

I just resign my second year. There should be an option to pay online up until the 3rd of the month like the previous management . I work nights and I am not able to always come in and provide a money order. Since the changes in management I have been late twice on rent for these reasons. It is a inconvenience, especially when you are a bill payer online.

Love new management!

I have lived here 5 yrs and had no problems until I transferred to another apartment. Leaks in my sunroom, no screens not freshly painted in all rooms etc.. The old management promised to fix everything-never did! New Management Fixed everything!!! And in a timely manner. They didn't just fix my apartment, they fixed the entire complex and it looks great! The pool area Amazing and the lighting throughout the complex is wonderful. To me this is by far 5 star living. Thanks you
